Bring festive warmth to your home while supporting a meaningful cause. Each handcrafted wreath not only adds holiday magic but also helps fund the Spencer Family YMCA Adventurers Program and YMCA special needs initiatives, including YMCA Camp AIM.

Why Your Purchase Matters: Your support goes beyond decoration—you're helping create lasting memories between parents and children in our Adventurers Program and ensuring that programs for special needs youth continue to thrive. Plus, you can spread joy even further by donating a wreath to a local senior citizen!

How You Can Contribute:

• $30 – Purchase a fresh, local 26-28" wreath adorned with a red bow to brighten your home.
• $30 – Donate a wreath to a senior living at a local care center like Asbury Heights, spreading holiday cheer to those who need it most.
• Any amount – Make a tax-deductible donation to support both the Y's parent/child and special needs programs.

Key Dates: Wreaths are available for purchase online through Friday, November 29, 2024, at 10pm. Choose from two convenient pick-up/delivery days: Monday, November 25th or Saturday, December 7th.

If purchasing through a participant, they’ll deliver your wreath right to your door. Otherwise, you can pick it up at the Spencer Family Y during regular hours after the delivery dates.

WREATH PICK-UP DAY(S):

Sellers must pick up their wreaths from the Spencer Family YMCA.

Option 1:

Monday, November 25th from 5:00– 8:00pm (orders must be placed by Nov. 17th at 5pm)

Option 2:

        Saturday, December 7th from 8:15am – 12:00pm (orders must be placed by Nov. 29th at 5pm)

If you can please follow this schedule based on Nation it will help with traffic flow but you can pick up anytime

8:15 - 9:00am - USC and South Fayette tribes

9:00 - 10:00am - Mt. Lebanon tribes

10:00 - 11:00am - Bethel Park

11:00am - 12:00pm - Peters Twp, Canon Mac & Cloverleaf  tribes

WHY SHOULD YOU PARTICIPATE?
The fee you paid to join the father-child program covers the administration costs the YMCA incurs to run the program. Many of the program activities are paid for by the participants on a pay-as-you-go basis. Several activities don’t have fees or have lower fees, and are funded by the proceeds of the wreath sale, such as: Fall Family Picnic, Chule Car/Princess Cup, Subsidized Campouts, Campout Activities, and a contribution from the parent/child program to support the YMCA special needs programs.

MUST WE PARTICIPATE IN THE WREATH SALE?

No, but if everyone sold just 3 wreaths we could continue to provide amazing opportunities for dads and their children along with a donation to Camp AIM and Y Special Needs Programs. All it takes is 3 wreaths, buy one for your front door, sell one to Grandma, and one to an Uncle and you are done!

WHAT IF WE JUST CAN’T PARTICIPATE THIS YEAR?

Since roughly 40% of the gross sales from the Wreath Sale goes to the programs, consider donating $45 to the Wreath Sale - that’s enough to get a patch!

CAN I EARN PATCHES & REWARDS?

You sure can! The more wreaths you sell, the more patches and pins you earn. The reward list below lists all the rewards available.  Cash donations also count toward your prize earning potential (You get 1 wreath credit for every $15 donated).
