At the YMCA of Greater Pittsburgh, we understand the challenges of balancing work and family life. That's why we offer a safe, enriching environment for your child before and after school, where they can learn, grow, and thrive.

Before and After School Care Fall 2025 Registration:

Returning Families: February 3rd, 2025
Registration for K-Wrap: February 6th, 2025
All Families: February 10th, 2025

If you're not currently a YMCA member but would like to register for Summer Day Camp, Before and After School Care, or any other YMCA program, and have not created an account in CORE yet, you can create a free account in advance to streamline the registration process when it opens.

We understand that change can sometimes be challenging, but we ask for your patience and understanding as we work to create a better experience for you. Our staff is committed to assisting you throughout this transition and ensuring that your YMCA experience remains enjoyable and hassle-free.

Before School Care: Kick-start your child's day with our Before School Care program. We provide a nurturing atmosphere where children can enjoy a healthy breakfast, engage in stimulating activities, and get ready for the school day ahead. Our dedicated staff ensures a smooth transition to school, setting the tone for a positive and productive day.

After School Care: After a full day of learning, let your child unwind and continue their growth at our After School Care program. From homework help to exciting recreational activities, we offer a variety of opportunities for your child to explore their interests and develop new skills. Our caring staff fosters a sense of belonging and encourages teamwork, all within a safe and supportive environment.
